You’re far better off focusing on your health, bearing in mind that it’s always best to consult a medical professional before making any radical changes to your diet or training plan.
The first step is to eat well, perhaps saying no to caffeine and yes to ‘alt’ meat. Then you should exercise even when your body says no. Finally, get some rest, because sleep is your superpower.
